Coaching/Training Agreement

• The service to be provided is a combination of training and coaching, which does not include therapy or counseling. Coaching and training may address specific personal projects, health and wellness issues, relationship dynamics, business experiences, or general conditions in the Client’s personal or professional life. Training involves introducing the client to an assortment of skills and tools such as psychic hygiene, embodied awareness, aesthetic perception, personal mythology work, mind-body integration techniques, and more.

• Coaching is an alliance between Coach and Client that is designed to facilitate a Client in accessing and utilizing their inner wisdom to manifest the life they want to live. Upon completion of the chosen coaching program, the Client will have the option to start a new coaching package or continue with coaching sessions on an as needed basis for an additional per session fee.

• All information the Client provides to the Coach will be kept strictly confidential as allowed by law. Throughout the working relationship the Coach will engage in direct and personal conversations with the Client. The Client can count on the Coach to be honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests. The Client understands that they are responsible for doing the work necessary to move the coaching sessions forward. If either the Client or Coach believes that the coaching/training is not working as desired, either party will immediately communicate that to the other to determine if adjustments can be made and the coaching relationship continue. However, if this is not possible, this coaching agreement will be terminated, and the Coach will refund the unused portion of the coaching fee based on the number of remaining coaching sessions.

, recognize that the work done with Gary Jobe Ferguson does not involve the diagnosis, treatment, alleviation, mitigation, prevention, or care of any condition or disease of any kind in any way. However, I reserve the right to use knowledge attained from my coaching/training sessions for the care of my mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Additionally, I agree to consult my regular medical doctor regarding any changes in my treatment of any new or old conditions or illnesses. I hereby certify that I do not suffer from any physical or mental disability that might affect my participation in the coaching/training process, and, if I have any substance abuse problem or mental illness, I have consulted with my physician and other health care professionals and been advised that I may participate in the coaching/training process without risk. If I am currently undergoing treatment for emotional or physical trauma, I agree to discuss my participation in this coaching/training program with my health care practitioner in order to make a decision about the appropriateness of this work for me at this time. I further take responsibility to inform any primary care physician I am currently working with that I am involved in a coaching/training relationship. I agree that if there is any change in these physical, emotional, or mental health representations, I will promptly advise the Coach. I agree that, in the event of any claim or grievance by me against Gary Jobe Ferguson or Ferguson Mind-Body Arts, my sole remedy will be the return of the fees paid to Gary Jobe Ferguson or Ferguson Mind-Body Arts. Gary Jobe Ferguson is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages beyond the total amount of fees paid by the Client.

To begin the coaching process, I agree to take the Mythic Path Profile online at garyjobeferguson.com. I will also provide a completed information form and a recent picture of myself (from the waist up with no one else in it, no electronic devices in the picture, as little jewelry as possible, and wearing comfortable clothing). Upon receipt of those items, Gary will contact me to schedule my first session. Sessions are scheduled either weekly or bi-weekly (every other week) and can be done via skype/zoom, phone, or in-person (if health conditions allow, as determined by the Coach). I will receive a written overview of each session within 24 hours. I may also request a 15–20-minute check-in call in between sessions, based on mutual availability. I understand that it is my responsibility to fully fill out the feedback forms required prior to each session and return them to Gary at least 24-hours in advance of each session. If Gary does not receive the completed forms in time, he has the option of rescheduling that appointment. In addition, I understand that all coaching and personal development materials received from Gary are for personal use only and NOT to be shared or disseminated under any circumstances.

Coaching Packages Include:

• A PDF of Your Mythic Path Profile,

• The Navigating Your Mythic Path Mini-Course,

• The Art of Self-Reclamation course materials (mini-workbooks and charts received over the course of the coaching series),

• 30–45-minute pre-session energy scans (including specific glyphs, cards and symbols which have tested as being integral for your in-between session inner work),

• An initial 90–120-minute session—remaining sessions are 60 minutes in length,

• An overview after each session, and

• 15-minute check-in support calls in between sessions if needed, and

• Unlimited email support

In addition, I understand that if, for any reason, I am unable to make a scheduled appointment, it is my responsibility to cancel 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. If I cancel less than 24 hours in advance, I may be charged 50% of the session fee and a future session will be reduced to half of the regular length. Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without notice may potentially result in the loss of that session and the associated fee. If I am doing in-person coaching/training sessions, I understand that Gary uses kinesiology (muscle testing) and other energy release techniques as session tools. By signing below, I am consenting additionally to the physical touch necessary to conduct these techniques and am taking full responsibility for alerting the Coach if I am uncomfortable with any part of the process.
